Hi there!
Please meet our lady Sheela who’s foster carer says “is the ultimate companion, super cuddly, gentle, quiet and laidback”
Originally Sheela come to us from Geraldton and then was adopted by family. However they couldn’t look after her any more and this girl is on the look out for a new home again.
Sheela is sweet and affectionate girl who is after quiet , predictable home with not much comings and goings.
Sheela can be reactive on leash towards other dogs due to her frustration, however she proved us here in Refuge she learning quickly and made lots walking friends and on some accessions she had play off leash.
Sheela needs experience owners who have done reactivity training before, are able read body language and will handle her with confidence, allow her to meet dogs in control manner and environment.
Sheela will do well in home in quiet area where she can enjoy her time laying around and sun bathing. Sheela will need regular daily walks to sniff and explore.
She has potential to fit in with full timers as long and tens at home.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
